      Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions:

How safe is it to rent a bouncer?  
It is very safe. Our units are made with fire retardant materials. They have safety exits and
an entrance ramp. All four sides of the unit have mesh netting for easy viewing  and
ventilation. We will review all safety rules and guidelines upon our arrival. All units are cleaned
and inspected by us before each rental, guaranteed. We will inspect the area where the unit is
to be set up to insure safety for everyone.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. Bounce Haven Rentals is fully insured.

How long are your rentals for?
The rental cost guarantees you up to 8 hours use of the equipment.

Does an attendant stay with the equipment?
We deliver the equipment, set it up and review the usage rules and guidelines. An attendant
can be provided at your request at an additional cost per hour / per attendant.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of our location. Outside of that area there will be a
trip fee.

What electrical requirements are necessary to operate the equipment?
Each ride may require up to 2 dedicated 15 amp minimum outlets to power our equipment.
Please note that an additional separate power source may be needed if you are using
concession machines such as cotton candy, snow cone, or bubble machines. If power is not
available, a generator can be supplied for an additional charge, but must be scheduled in
advance.

How much space is required for the inflatables?
The space required depends on the size of the inflatable rented. Generally speaking you will
need at least a 3 ft. perimeter of space around the inflatable. For example, a 15 x 15
inflatable will require approximately an 18 x 18 space.

Where can the inflatable be set up?
The inflatable unit can be setup on any level area whether it is grass, cement, or asphalt. The
area
MUST be clean and clear of all sticks, stones, sharp objects, etc. We place a tarp under
each unit for added protection. This unit is also staked down or sand bagged down.

When do you set up?
The reserved rentals shall be delivered no later than 15 minutes before the requested start
time unless both parties agree upon other arrangements.

When is payment due? What forms of payment are acceptable?
A $50.00 deposit is required within one week of making the reservation. The balance will be
due when we arrive at your residence. Once payment has been made we will set up your
equipment for you. We accept checks, cash, paypal and most major credit cards. Please make
checks payable to

Is there a cleaning charge?
No, as long as it is a general cleaning we will do it. If excessive cleaning is required there will
be a cleaning charge of $100 - $500.

Will you confirm my appointment?
Yes, two weeks before the scheduled reservation. We will also call you the day before your
reservation to confirm directions with you.

How many people can fit in the bounce house?
The number of people that can fit in the bounce house depends on their age and size, keep in
mind this is only a guide. Size and weight need to be taken into consideration since some
children are bigger than others and the rated capacity should not be exceeded.
Example:  The bigger the children are the smaller number of children allowed in the bounce
house. The capacity of the ride is as follows:

Unit size: 15 x 15 :
Children 6 & under = 8 - 10
Children 7 - 12 = 6 - 8
Teens = 4 - 6
Adults = 2 - 4

Can I cancel an event if I need to ?
While we don't want to lose you, we do understand that sometimes reservations or bookings
must be cancelled. If you have not yet sent your payment, please call us and we can cancel ten
days or more before your event date. Any cancellations within ten days will forfeit your
deposit.

What happens if it rains or is too windy?
Events may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions at the discretion of Bounce Haven
Rentals. The inflatables can not be used if the winds are 25mph or more and can not be used
in the rain. This is not safe for your children. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior
to delivering the unit we will cancel the rental and reschedule your event.
NO REFUNDS
WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE UNIT IS DELIVERED AND SET UP.
If the weather turned
to rain after we set up, we ask that the children exit the unit and you unplug it until we arrive.
However, in the event that we delivered the unit and it rained, no refund would be available.
